A focused two-week review of your monthly close, accounts-payable cycle and reconciliations. We read your process documentation, walk through the last close with your controller, and write a brief on where careful AI assists might reduce manual handling — for example, line-item coding suggestions and invoice triage.

The outcome is a clear, prioritised list with notes on data lineage and audit implications, prepared with the next external audit in mind.

Invoice Triage Setup

A measured deployment of an AI assist that suggests GL codes and flags anomalies on incoming AP invoices. We integrate read-only with your accounting platform (SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero, or NetSuite), train on twelve months of your posted entries, and route every suggestion to a human approver.

Includes a six-week supervised pilot, an exception-handling playbook, and documentation suitable for sharing with auditors.

Quarterly stewardship

Engagement 03

Quarterly Finance Stewardship

RM 4,690 / quarter

An ongoing advisory engagement for finance leaders whose teams already use AI in close, AP, or expense workflows. Each quarter we examine the suggestions the system has made, sample the journal entries it touched, and write a memo for your audit committee.

Includes a private question line for your controller, alignment with MFRS and LHDN updates, and a closing annual review for your board.

Read-only access only

We never request posting rights or administrative credentials. All platform access is read-only and documented in the engagement letter.

PDPA compliant practice

All engagements comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data processing agreements are provided for Invoice Triage and Stewardship clients.

Named human approver required

Before any AI workflow goes live, we confirm a named person holds approval authority. This requirement is documented in the exception-handling playbook.

MFRS and LHDN aware

All deliverables note the relevant MFRS and LHDN position. We update our guidance quarterly to reflect Malaysian regulatory changes.

No data retention post-close

Transaction-level data is deleted at engagement close. This commitment is written into our data processing agreement and observed without exception.

Written deliverables only

All outputs are brief documents designed to sit in your board pack, audit file, or controller's folder — not dashboards requiring interpretation.
